Congressman Josh Brecheen issued a statement following President Biden's recent executive order concerning immigration at the Southern border.

"Do not be deceived by this smokescreen for Democrats concerned about their prospects this November," stated Congressman Brecheen. "This executive order will still allow thousands of illegals to cross our border daily, fails to end mass parole or catch-and-release, does not reimplement the successful Remain in Mexico policy, and fails to deport the millions of aliens who are already here illegally. The American people are too smart to fall for this desperate act of political theater."
