Congressman Josh Brecheen has cast his vote in favor of H.J. Res. 165, a resolution aimed at reversing the Biden Administration’s recent changes to Title IX.

“The Biden Administration has moved so far to the left that they now want biological men competing in women’s sports. Today, we’re standing up to Democrats’ radical gender ideology and saying enough is enough,” stated Congressman Brecheen.

In April, the Biden Administration introduced a rule permitting transgender athletes to participate in women’s sports teams and access women's locker rooms and bathrooms. Critics argue this rule undermines protections for women’s sports and compromises the safety of female athletes.

The resolution passed by Congress seeks to overturn this rule, allowing schools and educational institutions to maintain what proponents describe as necessary safeguards for women and girls in educational and athletic environments.
