Congressman Josh Brecheen attended Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s joint address to Congress on July 24, 2024. Following the event, Congressman Brecheen issued a statement highlighting the significance of Netanyahu's speech.

“It was important to hear from Prime Minister Netanyahu today at a time when Israel is fighting for its right to exist and for the rights of Jewish people all over the world. Israel needs to be given the leeway to finish this war on its terms,” said Congressman Brecheen.

Brecheen also expressed disappointment over the absence of several Democrats and Vice President Kamala Harris from the address. “It is a shame that many Democrats and Vice President Kamala Harris decided to skip Netanyahu’s address. The Biden-Harris Administration has been double-minded instead of standing strong with our greatest ally in the Middle East.”
