Congresswoman Bice issued a statement regarding the Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo.

"The Executive Branch in Washington has grown far beyond the size the founding fathers ever intended. Agencies have ruled through the power of the pen, creating burdensome regulations that are negatively affecting every sector in our country. With this decision, Congress will need to be more specific with our legislative intent and directives. As the Chair of the Modernization Subcommittee, I am committed to improving how Congress and our support agencies function to bring them into the 21st century, and I look forward to working with my colleagues to reassert our legislative authority in the wake of this decision."
