Senator James Lankford of Oklahoma has unveiled the latest edition of his government waste book, titled "Federal Fumbles: A Playbook for DOGE." The publication highlights billions of dollars lost due to wasteful spending, inefficiencies, fraud, and improper payments. It also brings attention to the involvement of 30 different agencies in disaster relief efforts and mentions $2 billion given to the Taliban through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

In a statement, Lankford emphasized the concerns expressed by Oklahomans regarding government spending. “Every time I talk with Oklahomans, they make it clear they want Washington to waste less and save more. My Federal Fumbles book is another edition of our playbook to cut waste and make government more efficient. This is the mandate that the American people voted to implement and we are committed to accomplish,” he said.

The report can be accessed online along with a printable version and a Top 5 list highlighting key issues.
