The office of Congressman Josh Brecheen has announced the acceptance of service academy nomination applications for 2024.

Attending a service academy requires a commitment to serve in the military for at least five years upon graduation. Members of Congress can nominate candidates for four of the five U.S. service academies: U.S. Military Academy (USMA) in West Point, NY; U.S. Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, MD; U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado Springs, CO; and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) in Kings Point, NY. The fifth academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT, does not require a congressional nomination.

Completed application packets must be submitted to the Claremore office by 5:00 pm on October 18, 2024. All requested information should be sent to: The Honorable Josh Brecheen Service Academy Nomination Board 223 W Patti Page Blvd Claremore, OK 74017.
