Oklahoma City University dismantled Wayland Baptist (Texas) 38-12 on Tuesday afternoon at the Jaguar Arena. 

Hayden Brown and Cade Manion posted bonus-point victories for the Stars at Westmoore High School. Oklahoma City, ranked 19th in NAIA men's wrestling, improved to 7-6 in duals this season. 

At 157 pounds, Brown rolled to a 20-1 technical-fall win in 2:32 against Gabriel Moblicci. Brown, a freshman studying business administration from Tuttle, Okla., recorded a first-period near fall. Brown collected his second victory of the season by technical fall. Brown (13-3) owns the 17th spot in the NAIA's 157-pound rankings. 

The Stars scored their first points in the dual when Manion pinned Aiden Medina. Manion finished the 141-pound match in 1:29. Manion, a sophomore criminal justice major from Edmond, Okla., has notched three falls in five matches this season. Manion, ranked No. 4 at 141 pounds, has gone 4-1. 

At 165, Kolbe Madron of OCU prevailed 8-2 over Malakai Owens. Madron, a sophomore marketing major from Sulphur, Okla., moved to 3-4 on the season. 

The Stars collected forfeit wins at 149, 184, 197 and 285. 

Oklahoma City wrestles next in the Missouri Valley College Invitational starting noon Friday in Marshall, Mo. The tournament will stretch over two days with action starting 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
