Washington, D.C. – Congressman Josh Brecheen issued a statement following the Supreme Court's ruling in Trump v. United States that former presidents have "absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority" and "at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts."

"This Supreme Court ruling is a big win for America and our Constitution and a loss for the Biden Administration and its attempt to undermine our institutions and politically harass its chief political opponent, President Trump. I hope this ruling sends a message to far-left prosecutors like Jack Smith to end the relentless lawfare and witch hunt against President Trump," said Congressman Josh Brecheen.
