U.S. Representative Stephanie Bice, who serves Oklahoma’s 5th district in Congress, shared a series of updates on social media highlighting her recent engagements and interactions with constituents and public figures.

On August 2, 2025, Bice posted about meeting with local veterans in Piedmont, stating: “I don’t get to see my Piedmont vets as much as I used to, but it was great to spend the morning with them! Thanks to everyone who came out this morning to hear the latest happenings in Congress. “ (August 2, 2025).

Later that day, she extended birthday wishes to the Vice President via another post: “Happy birthday, @VP!! “ (August 2, 2025).

Two days later on August 4, Bice described a meeting with Jay Bhattacharya, director of the National Institute of Health. She wrote: “It was great meeting with Jay Bhattacharya the director of the National Institute of Health. We had a great conversation about the importance of research funding and how it supports innovation and public health. @NIHDirector_Jay” (August 4, 2025).

Stephanie Bice has represented Oklahoma’s 5th District since winning her seat in Congress in 2021 after replacing Kendra Horn. Before joining Congress, she served in the Oklahoma Senate from 2014 through 2020. Born in Oklahoma City in 1973 and currently residing there at age 49, Bice is also an alumna of Oklahoma State University–Stillwater where she earned her bachelor’s degree in science in 1995.
