U.S. Representative Stephanie Bice, who represents Oklahoma’s 5th district in Congress, has recently highlighted her legislative efforts and military recruitment developments on social media.

On July 21, 2025, Bice posted about upcoming legislation targeting illegal entry into the United States: “My legislation, the Stop Illegal Entry Act, would put criminals like this in jail. We are voting on it this week in the House!”

The following day, July 22, she acknowledged a colleague’s partnership on the bill: “Could not agree more. We need to get this done. Thank you for leading this effort with me @RepKnott!”

Later that same day, Bice shared an update regarding U.S. military recruitment: “Great news! All of our military branches hit their 2025 recruitment goals ahead of schedule. This is what happens when you restore the intent and core mission of our military.”

Stephanie Bice has served as a member of Congress since 2021 after replacing Kendra Horn and previously held office in the Oklahoma Senate from 2014 to 2020. Born in Oklahoma City in 1973 and a graduate of Oklahoma State University–Stillwater with a Bachelor of Science degree earned in 1995, Bice continues to reside in her hometown while representing her district at the federal level.
