Sheriff Tommie Johnson III speaks at the Tree of Life ceremony at Penn Square Mall.  The Tree of Life campaign is designed to reduce DUI crashes in Oklahoma County.  Beneath the tree are 74 wrapped presents, representing the 74 people killed in Oklahoma County in drunk driving crashes since 2018.
