The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office Mounted Patrol at the Tepeyac Hill Procession at the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine.  The $40 million project, which is expected to be complete in February, honors Blessed Stanley Rother; who was killed in the rectory of his Guatemalan church in 1981.  In 2016, Pope Francis declared him a martyr for the faith.
