Thanks to the voter-approved Better Streets, Safer City bond package, the Plaza District’s main thoroughfare is getting some upgrades. This streetscape project will be completed in phases. Phase 1 is underway, which means the westbound side of NW 16th Street will be closed until October 2022. The road WILL be open for Plaza District Festival.
