Oklahoma Christian (2-2-2, 0-1-0) opened Lone Star Conference play at Eagle Soccer Field against Texas Woman’s (1-4-1, 1-0-0) on Wednesday night. The Eagles out shot the Pioneers 13-3, with six different Eagles taking shots, with three putting shots on the frame.

But in the 34th minute, the Pioneers scored one of their three shots, and that was the difference in the match.

“Tough one today. Felt like we deserved a result but the ball just didn’t bounce our way today.” coach Dresel said after the match. “We have to get back to work and figure out the issues we are having in front of goal.”
