Andy Bass, a former standout at Heritage Hall School and current player for the Oklahoma Sooners, will participate in the NCAA Division I FBS Football Championship.

The team enters the tournament as the No. 8 seed and will face the No. 9 seed Alabama Crimson Tide.

The initial matchup is set for 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19.
