On November 2, Mullin posted a religious message quoting scripture: “The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?” The passage cited is Psalm 27:1 from the New International Version.
Later that day, Mullin offered followers a glimpse into his workspace at the Capitol. He wrote, “I’ve got Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and not much else down here. Here’s a look at my Senate Hideaway where we sometimes take meetings during votes in the U.S. Capitol.”
On November 3, Mullin highlighted his commitment to fitness and bipartisanship with another post: “I’ve led a 6:30am bipartisan workout group for years. One rule: no politics.
