Markwayne Mullin, U.S. Senator for Oklahoma and a member of the Republican Party, recently used his social media platform to share updates on his legislative priorities and political activities.
On December 19, 2025, Mullin posted about an upcoming television appearance: “I sat down with @LaraLeaTrump here in my D.C. office— nothing was off limits. We talked Venezuelan boat strikes, the filibuster, and behind the scenes of working with President Trump. Join us on Fox News @MyViewFNC at 8pm CT/9pm ET on Saturday night!”
Later that same day, Mullin commented on congressional proceedings regarding pediatric cancer legislation: “Thank you, @ScottJenningsKY. Bernie has been in Congress since I was 13 years old. He knows how this works. When I called him The Grinch for blocking our Give Kids a Chance Act to help kids battling cancer— I meant it.”
In another post from December 19, Mullin praised former President Donald Trump’s efforts in health care policy: “Lower drug costs. Better health care options. Stronger American innovation. Well done, President Trump! “

He is known for advocating for small businesses, rural development, tribal affairs and energy policies within the state (issue positions). A lifelong Oklahoman who maintains his primary residence on his family ranch in Westville (official biography), Mullin also draws on experience as a business owner and former mixed martial arts fighter.
