FOIA Request to Oklahoma State Elections Board Regarding Spring Elections Candidates for Office on February 6, 2025.

We at OKC Standard, a media organization committed to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, have formally requested records under the Oklahoma Open Records Act. The information sought includes a list of all candidates running in the upcoming election.

Specifically, we have asked for the first, middle, and last names of each candidate, as well as the office they are running for and its jurisdiction. Additionally, we have requested details about each candidate’s party affiliation.

In order to provide complete coverage of these candidates and their campaigns, we have also asked for their contact information. This includes their address, phone number, and email address.
