On November 13, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration conducted an inspection of 641 Management, LLC in Oklahoma City to assess risks related to foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The FDA’s final report recommended that 641 Management, LLC voluntarily implement corrective measures to improve the management of its operations.
